Greetings from sunny California!! :)
We just wanted to do a quick post to let you know we made it safe and sound. The trip was remarkably uneventful and Annie was AMAZING on the flight!! We weren't sure what to expect since it was her first time on such a long trip - but she was a dream and didn't cry once on the entire 10 hour door-to-door journey. We came prepared with all sorts of entertainment... new books, stickers, pipe cleaners, play-doh, sticky notes, and LOTS of snacks. Of course the biggest hits were playing with our empty cups and the head sets. We stretched our legs a bit in the back of the plane and Annie was quite the welcoming committee for people coming in and out of the bathrooms.
We're getting settled in our apartment now. It's PERFECT - we can see the ocean from our balcony! Pics of that to come - but for now we just wanted to say hello and let you know we made it!

ReplyDeleteso glad to hear the trip was a success. i think you need to have music on your blog. (ie, cheeseberger in paradise!) can't wait to see the beach pics! make lots of sandcastles.
